U.Porto International

The University of Porto (U.Porto) is one of the most prestigious teaching and research institutions in Europe. Which might explain why, in 2019, the University of Porto has a total of 31.309 students, 19% of which are internationals. Just this year, in the international community, 3.084 are degree-seeking students and 2.834 are students in mobility programmes from 80 different countries. Regarding the outgoing students figures, U.Porto is also the number one sending institution in Portugal. Additionally, in 2019, 1402 students have gone in a mobility programme from Portugal to 53 countries.

All this requires a big net of support services for international mobility as well as administrative support and information. This is where the need of a user-friendly platform, adapted to its target audience, arises to address all the different needs. Moreover, the website looks to promote all the initiatives and value of the University, as well as the hard work of the International Services Office.
